Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 12.02.2019 issued by the 6th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 12.02.2019 issued by the 6th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the petitioner within the time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the entire amount has already been settled.

3.In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
