This writ petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 more particularly the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.07.2021 and 16.08.2021 submitted for registering a case for the commission of offences such as attempt to grab of the petitioner's property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that already the petitioner's representation was considered and the same has been closed on 05.01.2022.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
