To call for the records in Judgment in C.A No. 102 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur dt. 16.10.2023 confirming the order of conviction passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in STC No. 191 of 2018 dt.21.07.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur and set aside the same and consequently acquit the revision petitioner.

of M/S.PANDI DORAI.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrender in connection with the case in C.A.No.102 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in S.T.C.No.191 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Thanjavur District, pending disposal of the Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
