ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to take necessary steps for constructing additional buildings in Government Higher Secondary School, Boothipuram, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2020. 2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that adequate building facilities are available for importing education to the children in the said School.

3.Construction of additional building is an administrative decision to be taken at the Government level and the High Court cannot issue any such direction 2/4

to construct additional building in that School. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the educational authorities, if any grievance exists. 4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
