PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide necessary protection to the welfare activities scheduled on 21.08.2020 and to carry the five Vinayagar Idols to the place of immersion on 22.08.2020 without any participation of general public, on the eve of the 33rd Annual Vinayagar Chathurthi festival by the petitioner.
