Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in Order No. Ka.No.0606/MaKa Vai2/thaapoka/theelee/19 dated 19.12.2019 and directing the first respondent to issue a Disability Pension benefit as per my detail representation dated 26.12.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The order impugned states that the petitioner is receiving pension and he has already received all terminal and pensionary benefits due to him. The Employees' PF contribution was also settled in favour of the writ petitioner. The petitioner, who was working as a Conductor was discharged from service on medical grounds and all eligible benefits have been settled. However, the petitioner states that revision of pension is to be granted. 2.The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent states that all dues to the petitioner had already been settled including the PF contribution and therefore, the grievances of the writ petitioner have been redressed.

W.P.(MD) No.9453 of 2020 3.In view of the fact that the grievances of the writ petitioner have already been redressed, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, if any grievance exists in respect of revision of pension.

4.With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
