PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent herein to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and for other reliefs on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023. For Petitioner :Mr.B.Arun For Respondent :Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi for R1 to R3 Government Advocate (Crl. Side) :Mr.B.Raja Mohamed for R4 O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and for other reliefs, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023.

2. Pending the above said, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but no settlement could be arrived. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the complainant demanded money back. 2/4

It is the allegation of the complainant that pending the above said mediation process, this petitioner filed a suit for injunction before the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur, in O.S.No.135 of 2023 on 06.10.2023, after the order passed by this Court, referring the matter to the mediation centre.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the third respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
