ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused No.1 in Crime No.158 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR, wherein he is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 3 of TamilNadu Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1959.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet had been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Srivilliputhur, on 23.11.2025, and the same was taken on file as C.C. No.38 of 2026. In the charge sheet, the name of the petitioner herein has been deleted.
