RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.1565/2018 dated 01/02/2018 and to appear before any one of the Judicial Magistrate in Ramanathapuram instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (criminal side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with the direction imposed by this Court by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 04.07.2018 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4992 of 2018 in Crl.O.P. (MD).NO.1565 of 2018.

2.Taking into account of the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the earlier condition imposed by this Court stands relaxed totally and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
