PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.838 of 2022:- To call for the records and to set aside the conviction and sentence passed by the Special Court of Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirapalli in Special Case.No.65 of 2011 dated 25.11.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VINAYAK.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15138 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.838 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.6198 of 2023 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.12.2022 till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
