This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioners in the post of Fitter. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue is covered by an adverse order of this Court passed in W.P. (MD).No.6656 of 2008, dated 04.08.2014, in a batch of Writ Petitions.

3. Recording the above submissions this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings. No costs.
