ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to produce the petitioner's wife namely Priyadharshini, D/o.Raja, aged 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The detenu is produced by the fourth respondent, the father of the detenu.

3.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the detenu has returned to the parental home having no desire to have any relationship with the petitioner. The detenu confirms such position. The detenu wishes to be under the care of her father/fourth respondent.

4.Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
