PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that for the very same relief, the petitioner has already made a complaint before the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 468, 471 and 447 IPC and 3(1)(g) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 on 22.01.2018. Once again, the petitioner has preferred the present complaint, seeking the very same relief. He further submitted, if the investigation reveals involvement of any forged documents as stated in the complaint, the same will be investigated by the respondent police, in accordance with law.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
