This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the school committee proposal submitted by the petitioner on 18.03.2022. 2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Mr.J.K.Jayaseelan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner School, namely, Sivanthi Vinayakar Primary School was established in the year 1932 at Mamsapuram, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to develop the education of the poor and downtrodden people. The Secretary of the petitioner's School served for the period from 14.09.2018 to 13.09.2021 and Form VII was submitted to the District Registrar and the same was approved on 26.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9430 of 2022 Thereafter, the School Committee proposal was submitted to the second respondent on 15.02.2022 and the same was returned, raising four queries, i.e Stability Certificate, Certificate from Fire and Rescue Services Department, Sanitary Certificate, Police Certificate etc., have to be submitted. After collecting all the certificates, the proposal for approval of the School Committee was submitted to the respondents on 15.02.2022. Further queries were also raised on 15.03.2022. The proposal was re-submitted after complying with all the queries. Even then, the proposal is pending with the respondents without any progress. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petition, this Court issues a direction to the first respondent, to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 18.03.2022, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
