Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks the relief of clearing the petition mentioned arrears in installments. The petitioner has filed this writ petition based on the inspection report dated 15.07.2020.

3. The learned Standing counsel clarifies that it is only an inspection report and that the enquiry had been conducted and the liability of the petitioner would be determined thereafter. He would point out that the petitioner's liability for the period in question had not been finally determined.

4. I sustain the objections of the learned Standing counsel. This writ petition has been prematurely filed. It is always open to the petitioner to move this Court for relief, as and when the cause of action ripens.

5. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
