PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to temporarily disconnect the electricity service connection presented in the Petitioners name vide No. 06-262-002-2220 in the property comprised in Door No.5/2 situated at Bharathi Street, Thiruvanaikovil, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2022.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the petitioner's application has already been considered and it was rejected on 26.04.2022 itself. 2/5
