O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.59 of 2018 dated 02.10.2018 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, on 15.09.2019 itself, but it was not taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, is directed to look into the matter and process, since the final report has been filed as early as on 15.09.2019 as submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
