Pleased to set aside the judgment passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2018 dated 13.12.2019 and acquit the appellant herein.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.EBENEZER CHARLES.T.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.K.ASHA, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.66 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.6 of 2020 dated 12.02.2020.
2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 12.02.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.

CRL MP(MD) No.4122 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.66 of 2020 dated 12.02.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court weekly once I.e.
