ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.03.2022 and to take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation given by the petitioner was considered and FIR has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has been added as witness therein. Since the petitioner's representation was considered, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
