ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 29.01.2025.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner has paid the necessary charges and made an application even as early as on 01.03.2024, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct survey 2/4

and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 29.01.2025, in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties.
