The petitioner is the Secretary of the Society. After conduct of election, they have submitted Form VII and Form VI to the respondent. Till date, acknowledgement was not received by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.05.2018 enclosing the annual report for the purpose of issuing acknowledgement and the same is pending without any progress. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2018 to issue acknowledgment, if the papers are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

received in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
