PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Se.Mu.No.A7/2358/2013, dated 18.11.2014 and quash the same insofar as the Killiyanallur Village Panchayat concerned and direct the second respondent to transfer the entire seigniorage fee to the Account No.1 namely Village Panchayat Account of Killiyanallur Village Panchayat referred to in the proceedings of the second respondent dated 18.11.2014. ORDER
The petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the third respondent dated 18.11.2014.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the very same order of the third respondent impugned in this writ petition was challenged by way of Public Interest Litigation in W.P.(MD)No.829 of 2015 and the Division Bench, by a detailed order, dismissed the said writ petition on 20.11.2015. Therefore, he submitted that the present writ petition can also be dismissed by following the order passed by the Division Bench.
3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed, in view of the order passed in W.P. (MD)No.829 of 2015, dated 20.11.2015. No costs.
