[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondents to grant parole leave for a period of two months to the petitioner's husband namely C.Dhamodharan, aged about 54 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Cuddalore in CT No.14883 for taking medical treatment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been rejected by the third respondent and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 05.05.2022 issued by the third respondent.

3. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to her to challenge the said order of rejection in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
