ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petitioner is seeking direction to confer the benefits by invoking the settlement under Section 12(3) of Industrial Dispute Act, dated 01.04.2018.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the 12(3) settlement, dated 01.04.2018. If the petitioner is entitled to based on the said settlement the same shall be disbursed. The said exercise shall be completed, within a period of 8 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
