ORDER

The petitioner has moved this petition to quash the proceedings pending against them Crime No.341 of 2025 on the file of the Jaihindpuram Police Station, Madurai city on the ground of compromise along with compromise memo signed by the defacto complainant.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that apart from the defacto complainant, one more injured is also there in this case and she has not been added as a party. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this petition with dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh application impleading the other victim also.
