2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding his date of surrender, when they shall apply for regular bail.

4. The Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender.
