Court for NDPS Cases, ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 24.10.2024 and the requisition letter of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai, vide letter in D.No. 189, dated 03/03/2025, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.527 of 2023 pending on the file of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai. 1/3

2. The learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai sent a letter, dated 03.03.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.527 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 24.10.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.527 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
