O RDER This petition is filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order in Cr.M.P.No.1251 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, the Special Judicial Magistrate Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai and register a complaint within a time as stipulated by this Court.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C and an order was passed by the Judicial Magistrate on 21.12.2022, to enquire the matter within a period of two weeks, but, no report was filed by the police sofar.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the matter is pending for getting legal opinion and after getting legal opinion, the prosecution is ready to file a final report.

4. In view of the above the submission made by the prosecution, the respondent police is hereby directed to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
