ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the R.C.A. No. 1 of 2021 pending before the Sub Court, Thoothukudi.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Thoothukudi, to dispose R.C.A. No. 1 of 2021 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
