ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice on the respondent, who has filed HMOP.No. 87 of 2022 which is pending before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District.

2.It appears that the petitioner has also filed HMOP.No.135 of 2020 to dissolve the marriage before the Family Court, Tirunelveli and the above application has been ordered to be transferred to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, 1/4

Tuticorin District, pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 17.08.2022, in TR.CMP(MD)No.399 of 2022 and the same is renumbered as HMOP.No.249 of 2022.

3.The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the HMOP.No.87 of 2022 pending before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District.

4.Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District, to dispose HMOP.No.87 of 2022 along with HMOP.No.249 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
