The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent by directing the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Thirumangalam to dispose of E.P.No.5 of 2022 in O.S.No.292 of 2018 filed by the petitioner after due compliance of all procedure as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
