This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to release the document registered as Doc.No.102/2020, dated 14.07.2020 executed by the writ petitioner in favour of one Muthukumar.

2.Heard Mr.AL.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petition mentioned document in Doc.No.102/2020, is pending before the second respondent.

4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending the writ petition, the second respondent has passed the refusal order and the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9439 of 2020 also been communicated to the petitioner. He further submitted that the copy of the said order will also communicate to the learned counsel counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
