O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass suitable orders on the representation dated 14.08.2024 of the petitioner to pay withheld amounts under general Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and Encashment of earned and unearned leave on private affairs to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner worked as Junior Assistant and dismissed from service on 05.10.2020. Against the same, he filed an appeal before the first respondent and it is pending.

3. Now, in the present case, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pass suitable orders on his representation, dated 14.08.2024 to pay withheld amounts under general Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and Encashment of earned and unearned leave on private affairs to the petitioner.

Though the petitioner made several contentions in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, considering the prayer sought in this writ petition, this Court intends to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage with the consent of both parties without going into the merits of the case with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 14.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated herein under to meet the ends of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 14.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

No costs.
