This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.04.2021 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer had already passed an order through proceedings dated 30.05.2023. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the private respondents, who were aggrieved by the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, have filed an appeal before the District Revenue Officer.
3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
