Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other order or direction, in the nature of Writ calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A3 of 13450 of 70 of 2019 dated 11.05.2020 passed by the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and for consequential direction, directing the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner Registration Number 2900326 as Grade Two constable, Grade Two Jail Warders and Firemen in the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board 2019.
