Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. B1/4339/2020 dt. 04.06.2020 passed by the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and for consequential direction, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner (Regn. No. 2402603) as Gr-II constable, Gr-II Jail Warders and Firemen in the Tami, Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board 2019 forthwith. For Petitioner :

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 09.04.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No.8264 of 2020.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent has passed a rejection order and challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition and the same is pending before this Court.
