O R D E R

The petitioner seeks limited relief of directing the respondents to measure the petitioner's land and fix four boundaries based on his online application, dated 10.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Though the petitioner claims to be son of one Veerappan in whose name patta is presently mutated, it is not known whether there are other legal heirs of the said Veerappan, whom have objections to the survey to be conducted based on the petitioner's application.

4. In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to procure necessary consent affidavits and no objection letters from other legal heirs of the said Veerappan, if any and produce the same before the first respondent. On receipt of such no objection letters or certificate from the other legal heirs, if any or in the event of the petitioner satisfying the first respondent about his independent claim to the subject lands in T.S.No.169/22 , then the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent shall proceed to conduct survey and dispose 2/4

of the petitioner's application, dated 10.06.2023 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
