The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.446 of 2018 in O.S.No.253 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil, dated 20.08.2020. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the suit in O.S.No.253 of 2013 has already been disposed of on 16.10.2023.
