[Order of the Court was made byG.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been made by the respondents 5 and 6 herein. He has already given representations dated 05.10.2014 and 06.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is brought to our notice that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District has already sent a memorandum dated 28.01.2015 in this regard. We therefore direct the third respondent to enquire into the matter. If encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the affected parties if any and by following the statutory procedure. The entire excercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
