Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records pertaining to to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.O.No.10/2025 dated 03.03.2025 in detaining the detenu under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Drug Offender and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Salmankhan, son of Shahul Hameed, Male, aged about 26 1/4
years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detention order passed in in P.D.O.No.10/2025 dated 03.03.2025, by the second respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.2025, dated 15.04.2025.
2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
