PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of the enquiry and to follow due process of law.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant was enquired and the same was closed. Therefore, the allegation of the petitioner is not correct and the same has been denied. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
