ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.03.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 449, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.76 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arrayed as A1, A4, to A6 and A8 respectively and they have been in custody from 08.03.2016. They are having permanent residence and therefore, they may be granted bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that due to political rivalry, the petitioners/accused along with other accused murdered the husband and son of the defacto complainant and it is a case of double murder and the investigation is not completed. 5. Considering the fact that it is a brutal case of double

murder due to political vengeance and that the investigation is yet not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
