ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent and his men based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2026.

2. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that already CSR.No. 44 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026 is issued and the enquiry is pending.

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent on notice under Section 64 of BNSS and after affording a opportunity of hearing to both parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
