ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to implement the order of the second respondent herein P.M.A1/1603/2003 dated 11.04.2014 in revenue records and to furnish certified copy of the 10(1) account cum patta after implementing the said order.

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers would throw light that this is the third round of litigation. In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner wants to implement the order of the second respondent dated 11.04.2014. Whereas, on the basis of the undertaking of the learned Additional Government Pleader in W.P.(MD).No.7531 of 2010, the said Writ Petition was closed observing that the order of the second respondent dated 11.04.2004 has already been implemented. However, on date, it has not been implemented resulting in forcing the petitioner to come up with the very same prayer seeking computerised patta and 10(1) adangal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is really unfortunate that inspite of the fact that the petitioner has already approached this Court and got a favourable order on

02.01.2013 in W.P.(MD).No.7531 of 2010, once again, he was made to knock the doors of the Court for no fault of him. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to implement the order of the second respondent herein P.M.A1/1603/2003 dated 11.04.2014 in revenue records and furnish a certified copy of the 10(1) account cum computerized patta, after receiving necessary payment from the petitioner. The said exercise has to be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
