PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the 1st respondent not to entertain the complaint of the 2nd respondent pending the civil suit in O.S.No.41 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to forbear the 1st respondent not to entertain the complaint of the 2nd respondent, pending the civil suit in O.S.No.41 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur.

2.The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner / Imayam Institute of Agriculture and Technology, on the apprehension that the 1st respondent may prohibit them from admitting the students in their institution. At this juncture, the relief sought for by the petitioner is not maintainable and the same is liable to be rejected as not maintainable. Hence, the Writ Petition as well as the prayer sought for by the petitioner are not maintainable. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
