: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 24.05.2018 issued by the petitioner and two others consequently directing the second respondent to withdraw the proceedings in Notice No.36706/A1/2018, dated 21.05.2018 on the file of the second respondent herein.

ORDER
The petitioner is the Proprietor of Kongu Priyas Institute, Manmangalam. The Institute is a driving school. On oral instructions from the first respondent, the second respondent was directed to conduct driving test at Karur, which is 16 Kilometres away from Manmangalam. Therefore, the petitioner made a request for conducting the driving test at their place as it was done in the prior occasion. The representation sent by the petitioner was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent for taking suitable action and to report the same back to him, by his letter dated 12.06.2018. The said representation is still pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on the file of the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner seeks disposal of the representation made by him.
2. Heard Mr.V.Illanchezian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
