PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the fifth respondent's complaint.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, she has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that summon has been served to the petitioner to appear for the enquiry based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, but the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. If the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same will be concluded within a period of one week. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry as and when required.

4.Considering the above circumstances, this Court directs the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the co-operation of the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
