[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] It is represented by Mr.J.Barathan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the detenue was secured and she is now in the custody of the Petitioner. According to the learned counsel, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition.
