2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tuticorin Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KA.RAAMAKRISHINAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.Earlier, this Court by an order dated 04.07.2017, the respondent/ petitioner had been directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-, to the credit of M.C.No.13 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that the aforesaid amount has been deposited and the respondent has also no objection to withdraw the same.

3.The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the said amount. 4.Post the Criminal Revision on 19.07.2018.
