O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application as well as representation dated 12.03.2025.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel on either side.

3. The petitioner seeks survey of her lands has made an application on 12.03.2025 to the second respondent. The said application was also coupled with representation on the same date. The petitioner only seeks for the said application to be disposed of.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent, the competent authority to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 12.03.2025 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
